Design Consultation
All projects will start with a consultation at your home or over zoom.
This is the best option for those who would like to carry out the work themselves but would like a second opinion and some guidance of best options for certain aspects of the project.
We spend 1-1.5 hours with you at your home or over zoom to understand in greater detail your requirements and where you would like some help.
We will consider ideas for colour schemes, flooring, lighting, curtains/blinds and furniture. We will also discuss overall space and optimum layout.
Following the consultation, we will email you a report detailing the items we discussed and provide you with a list of selected suppliers and tradespeople.
Price: €195 + VAT
*Additional hours @ €95 + VAT
Design Package
This option is best suited to those who wish to undertake the implementation of the project themselves but need a plan to work to.
We spend 1-2 hours with you at your home or over zoom to understand in greater detail your requirements and where you would like some help.
We then follow up with a design package which will include mood boards, layout / floor plans, 3D Visuals and an itemized list of suppliers for each suggested item.
We do a total of 2 designs when we present this back and 1 allowable amendment if needed.
We will walk you through the design over zoom and then send you over the design package.
Prices start from €695 + VAT per room
Full Design Service
This option offers you the full design management and implementation service.
We start with a consultation and then move into the concept & design phase, following through to take on all aspects of the project to ensure everything runs smoothly and to your requirements. We will liaise with all appointed tradespeople and suppliers to ensure the job is completed on time and on budget and design is followed to specification.
We source samples for approval, provide appropriate drawings as needed, order materials and furniture from suppliers and coordinate deliveries. We hold regular site meetings with the contractors and co-ordinate handover.
All of this will be done while working closely with you and obtaining full approval before agreement of any works.
As each project will be unique, our fee will be subject to requirements
