Family Home - Donabate

Our client moved into this property 5 years ago and it needed renovating. We renovated the entire downstairs to encompass a new kitchen, living room, bathroom and hall.

Our clients wanted clean lines and a modern design whilst

brightening the entire space with a pale and modern colour scheme throughout, adding light wood flooring and bespoke cabinetry to compliment and maximise the light throughout the space.

Family Home  - Shankill

This family home was in need of modernisation and more space. With a few walls knocked and an extension added, we gained just that. We designed a modern space and opted for a calming blue/grey colour palette. Walls were kept white to add to the overall sense of space.

We added a new kitchen, living / dining open plan, new bathroom and hall area opening the whole space to enhance natural lighting elements and an amazing view to the re-designed garden.

Family Home - Dun Laoghaire

The requirement here was to renovate a 1980s 4-bed property for functional family living. The rooms were dark and some rendered useless. Some re-design was needed in several rooms with new furnishings and materials to be replaced throughout. We brightened the overall space by changing colours in the kitchen to white and painting some of the oak woodwork to white throughout giving a much improved sense of space and adding lightness to the overall feel. We gained a better view to the lovely garden area and improved layout and flow.

2 Bed Apartment - Malahide

This was a small apartment that needed refurbishment throughout as it had been rented and it was quiet dated. By using a much lighter colour palette with flooring, painting and furniture, we created a much brighter and more spacious feeling to the area. We added modern furniture, new flooring throughout to bring it up to date and replaced and re-designed kitchen cabinets and revised all the lighting throughout. The apartment looks out to the sea, so it was important we improved the layout to take advantage of the view.

Bathroom Renovation - Malahide

In this project we renovated two bathrooms,  the main and the en-suite.  They were tired and dated. Our client wanted "Hotel" luxury. Lighting was a very important aspect as we added in dark grey slate tiles, balancing it with a warmer wood effect tile to the shower wall. We added in natural wood to the vanity unit and enhanced the luxury aspect by using brushed brass hardware throughout. We created a large bespoke walk in shower with a rainfall shower. In the second bathroom we extended the size of a very tiny shower by knocking a wall to give more space. The style we mirrored to the main bathroom to have consistency throughout, with grey slate tiles and brushed brass hardware and shower units. We also used black elements in radiators and shower frames in order to have good balance of brass with "not too much".
